    This separate Moodle course is an easy way to access information for discussion groups and individual tutorials, as a supplement to the main Reflective Practice Moodle course.

    Aims:

    • How to meet goals
    • Independent learning / methodology
    • Keeping each other accountable
    • Reflecting in action/conversation

    Reflection on first essay:

    • What was your experience of writing the essay?
    • Share goals

    Activity 1: Brainstorm questions…

    • …to help each other reflect on goals (Why that goal? Why now?)
    • …to help each other action goals (What’s your strategy? What steps are you taking TODAY?)

    Mantra: You are the best at being you / I am the best at being me.

    Activity 2: Real and imagined perspectives

    • What would my larynx say to me?
    • What would my jaw say to me?
    • What would the composer say to me?
    • What would my favourite teacher from primary school say to me?
    • Etc
