Aims:

- Keeping each other accountable
- Reflecting in action/conversation
Reflection on first essay:
- What was your experience of writing the essay?
- Share goals
Activity 1: Brainstorm questions…
- …to help each other reflect on goals (Why that goal? Why now?)
- What’s your experience of the process? How do you feel it’s going? Where are you on the spectrum from stress to contentment?
- Is there a specific aspect of confidence you want to achieve? What is your thing that you want to build on?
- Which aspect of confidence is the most challenging to you?
- …to help each other action goals (What’s your strategy? What steps are you taking TODAY?)
- In your day-to-day life at Guildhall, how do get around the fact that there is a language barrier with your coaches and teachers? How do get around the difficulty in communicating?
- What resources help you translate from your language?
