    Aims:

    • How to meet goals
    • Independent learning / methodology
    • Keeping each other accountable
    • Reflecting in action/conversation

    Reflection on first essay:

    • What was your experience of writing the essay?
    • Share goals

    Activity 1: Brainstorm questions…

    • …to help each other reflect on goals (Why that goal? Why now?)
      • What’s your experience of the process? How do you feel it’s going? Where are you on the spectrum from stress to contentment?
      • Is there a specific aspect of confidence you want to achieve? What is your thing that you want to build on?
      • Which aspect of confidence is the most challenging to you?
    • …to help each other action goals (What’s your strategy? What steps are you taking TODAY?)
      • In your day-to-day life at Guildhall, how do get around the fact that there is a language barrier with your coaches and teachers? How do get around the difficulty in communicating?
      • What resources help you translate from your language?

    Activity 2: Real and imagined perspectives

    • What would my larynx say to me?
    • What would my jaw say to me?
