      There are loads of resources for using Moodle which are available on the web. The Moodle community contains a plethora of links, as does YouTube and SlideShare. To get you started, we've added some links below which we think you might find useful.

    • You can use the URL resource to provide students with web links for research, saving the student time and effort in manually typing out the address. The URLS can be displayed in various ways for example, opening in a new window so a student can access and use the URL, close it and return easily to their original Moodle course page.

      As well as uploading resources to your Moodle course, you can also create new web pages within Moodle. These are useful for ensuring that the entire course content does not appear on the course home page.
